It is brand new. I think I may have been the first person staying there! His apartment is facing the quiet side of the building (towards the Company’s Garden park and Table Mountain) with great views. My partner and I slept really well and it was so nice to wake up to the views are breathtaking from this high up. Oh, and the TV in the room is MASSIVE! Fun to lay in bed and watch my favorite shows. I can really tell they take pride in the place personally and that they spent money on quality. Unlike some other properties I've stayed at. Looking forward to staying again in the future!
